Fulton Bank opened its Lancaster, Pennsylvania headquarters in 1882. It now has more than 200 offices/ATMs in Pennsylvania and Virginia. This award-winning bank offers multiple rewards programs in addition to traditional banking products and services.

Personal banking

Fulton Bank has a full range of personal banking products. Its best savings account options include regular savings, student savings, CD accounts, a health savings account, two money market account choices and multiple IRA options. The bank offers five different checking account choices including interest-earning checking and checking for students and seniors.

Business banking

This bank has a full range of business products and services including small business, corporate, real estate, non-profit and agricultural banking.

Rewards programs

Fulton Bank offers a rewards debit card as well as a rewards credit card. Checking accounts also earn rewards points for loyalty, anniversaries and specific actions such as using online banking with 90 days of opening the account.

Investments

Investment management, wealth management and financial planning services are offered through Clermont Wealth Strategies and Fulton Financial Advisors, both of which are divisions of Fulton Bank.

Insurance

Life, long term disability, and business insurance services are offered through the bank's affiliate insurance company, Fulton Insurance Services Group.

Loans

Mortgages are available through the bank-affiliated Fulton Mortgage Company. These include fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, FHA, VA, and reverse mortgages as well as construction loans, jumbo financing and Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) mortgages. Some products are available online.

Awards and recognitions

In 2009 Fulton Bank was named one of the best large companies to work for in Pennsylvania. It also won the Central Penn Business Journal's Best of the Web Award that year for its user-friendly website. In 2010 Forbes named it to the list of the 100 Most Trustworthy Companies.

Deposit insurance

Fulton Bank is a member bank of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The temporary increase in FDIC coverage from $100,000 to $250,000 per depositor was made permanent in July 2010. All eligible deposits are FDIC-insured up to at least $250,000 per depositor. Joint accounts are FDIC-insured up to at least $250,000 per account holder.
