First National Bank in Cimarron started as a local bank in 1904 and converted to a national bank in 1929. Its headquarters, as well as a second branch location, are in Cimarron, Kansas. The FDIC-insured bank is involved with the small southwestern Kansas town through partnerships with the Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, County Fair, 4-H and local schools.
