Astoria Federal Savings Bank, an FDIC-insured bank, offers all of the basics for everyday banking.     Hi Eileen, If you are interested in online banking, check to see if your financial institution in fact offers the service. Be sure to request a schedule of fees from your bank for using their online banking services so you understand the fees, if any, associated with the service. You need secure personal internet access and to sign up with your financial institution for online banking. Best wishes!
